`GET /v2/phone-calls/outbound/sequential/{workflow_id}`

Get the status of a sequential calling workflow.

Returns:
- workflow_id: The workflow ID
- status: Current Temporal workflow status
- run_id: Temporal run ID
- current_status: Query result with calls_made, current_carrier, and results
