`GET /v1/workspaces/members`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mentium.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mentium.io/v1/workspaces/members`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List workspace members
- If workspace_id is not provided: return current workspace members
- If workspace_id is provided and user is SUPER_ADMIN: return specified workspace members
- If workspace_id is provided and user is NOT admin: ignore parameter, use current workspace

## Query parameters

- `workspace_id` string, nullable: Workspace ID (admin only)
