- McpServerCreateInput: Create a new external MCP server connection.
  - `name` string, required: Display name
  - `url` string, required: HTTPS endpoint of the MCP server
  - `api_key` string, nullable: Optional API key for authentication. Leave empty for no-auth servers.
  - `description` string, nullable
