# Send Signature Test

`POST /v1/email-signatures/{signature_id}/send-test`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mentium.io` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.mentium.io/v1/email-signatures/{signature_id}/send-test`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Send the signature to an address so the author can see how it lands in a client.

The signature goes on its own, with no covering message — a sentence above it
would change the rendering being checked. It is sent from the chosen email
account, which must belong to this organization.

- SendSignatureTestRequest: Send the signature to an inbox so the author can see how it actually lands.
