# Send a test to a channel

`POST /v1/channels/{id}/test`

## Request

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Channel id (dest_...).

## Response `200`

A test message was attempted on the channel (webhooks receive event "test")

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `404`: Channel not found
