`POST /v1/resume/draft`

## Request

Draft a task card (task, done, remaining) from what a session
recorded. One model call, not charged to the search quota when the
hooks ask; the card marks the result as the agent's draft until a
person confirms it. Nothing is stored server-side.

- ResumeDraftRequest: What a stopping session recorded (local/resume.py); the reply is the agent's reading of it — task, done, remaining — marked a draft client-side.
