# List Idle Host Clusters

List host clusters that have been idle (no vClusters) for more than idle_hours.
Used by the cleanup job to identify clusters to delete.

Also reconciles stale current_vclusters counters by checking actual vCluster
records in the database, preventing clusters from being missed by cleanup.
