# Get Pending Databases On Ready Clusters

`GET /internal/databases/pending-on-ready-clusters`

Return distinct cluster IDs that are RUNNING and have at least one PENDING
non-replica database waiting to be provisioned.

The worker's database status-sync reconcile polls this and calls
/clusters/{id}/provision-databases for each, so a pending database is
picked up no matter how/when its cluster became ready (fresh provision,
import, drift) — replacing the one-shot trigger in the provisioning task.
