# Get Billable Clusters

`GET /internal/clusters/billable`

## Request

Get all clusters that should be billed (running, not host/management clusters).

Supports pagination with skip/limit parameters.

Returns clusters that are:
- Running status
- Not host clusters (host clusters are internal infrastructure)
- Not management clusters (management is internal infrastructure)
