# Provision Pending Databases

`POST /internal/clusters/{cluster_id}/provision-databases`

Provision all pending databases on a cluster.
Called by the worker once the cluster is RUNNING and registered with
ArgoCD (so its operator label can be set). Databases created against a
still-provisioning cluster stay PENDING until this fires.

Replicas are skipped — they stay PENDING until their primary is RUNNING
and are provisioned via /databases/{id}/provision-replica.
