# Adopt Argocd

`POST /internal/clusters/{cluster_id}/adopt-argocd`

Adopt a pre-Pulumi ArgoCD install into the mengi-argocd Pulumi stack
(internal, ops-triggered).

For management clusters provisioned before the mengi-argocd stack existed
(pulumi_stack_name NULL, so the drift loop never reconciles them), this
enqueues the one-off worker task that imports the existing argocd
namespace + Helm release and reconciles the Helm values from code.
Safe to re-run; also serves as the values-reconcile entrypoint for
adopted clusters.
