# Receive Alertmanager Webhook

Deliver alerts from a customer alert rule to the rule's notification channels.

Custom rules are loaded in the Mimir ruler with a ``mengi_rule_id`` label
(see services/alert_rule_sync); the platform Alertmanager routes every
alert carrying that label here. Alerts without it (platform alerts) are
ignored. Delivery failures are logged per channel and never fail the
whole batch, so one dead webhook does not block an email.
