# Setup Harbor Infrastructure

Set up all Harbor infrastructure components:
- Hetzner Object Storage bucket for image storage
- DNS record for registry.mengi.cloud

If management_cluster_ip is not provided, it will be fetched from the
management cluster's Traefik LoadBalancer IP.
