# Create a new project

`POST /projects`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://pmp-demo.privateplatform.mendix.com/projectservice/v1`
- URL: `https://pmp-demo.privateplatform.mendix.com/projectservice/v1/projects`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Create a new project with input app name, summary, template id

## Request body

- ProjectCreation: Project creation request
  - `name` string, required: Project name.
  - `description` string: Project description.
  - `useAppTemplate` boolean: If true, app template will be used for project creation.
  - `appTemplate` object: App template.
    - `templateId` string: App template id.
    - `templateVersion` string: App template version.

## Response `202`
