`PUT /projects/{projectId}/owner`

- OwnerChangeRequest: Project owner change request
  - `userId` string: Project owner user id.
  - `groupId` string: Project owner group id

## Response `200`

  - `id` string: Project id.
  - `name` string: Project name.
  - `description` string: Project description.
  - `ownerUserName` string: Project owner's username.
  - `ownerGroupName` string: Project owner's group name.
  - `memberCount` integer: Number of members in the project.
  - `repositoryId` string: Repository id.
  - `repositoryName` string: Repository name.
  - `repositoryURL` string: Repository URL.
  - `isActive` boolean: Indicates if the project is active.
  - `createdDate` string: Date when the project was created.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input parameter or request body
- `401`: Authentication information missing or invalid
- `403`: No permission for this operation
- `404`: Resource not found
