# Remove a user from group

`DELETE /groups/{groupId}/members/{userId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://pmp-demo.privateplatform.mendix.com/groupservice/v2`
- URL: `https://pmp-demo.privateplatform.mendix.com/groupservice/v2/groups/{groupId}/members/{userId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Remove a specified user from the group

## Path parameters

- `groupId` string, required
- `userId` string, required

## Response `204`

Group member user removed successfully, no content in response body

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input parameter or request body
- `401`: Authentication information is missing or invalid
- `403`: User has no permission for this operation
- `404`: Resource not found
