`GET /api/v1/users/{user_id}`

## Path parameters

- `user_id` union, required — The ID of the user to retrieve
  - string, uuid4
  - string, uuid5

    - `data` object, nullable — User additional data in JSON
    - `id` union — User ID in UUIDv4/5
      - string, uuid4

    - `created_at` string, date-time, nullable — Timestamp when the user was created
    - `updated_at` string, date-time, nullable — Timestamp when the user was last updated
  - `errno` 0 | 400 | 401 | 403 | 404 | 405 | 409 | 422 | 500 | 501 | 502 | 503 | 504 | 520
  - `errmsg` string — Error message, empty when success
