# Delete a collection

`DELETE /v1/collections/{id}`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Owner or admin only. Hard delete — membership rows cascade; member images are unaffected.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Deleted.

## Other responses

- `403`: Not the owner or admin (collection is public).
- `404`: Collection not found, or private and caller is not owner/admin.
