# List previous Alma entries

`GET /api/v1/alma/respond`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://memchats.com`
- URL: `https://memchats.com/api/v1/alma/respond`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Optional `proposalInProgress` (boolean): `true` while the first Alma proposal of a people import for this contact is still being written, `false` once it has ended (stored or failed). Clients waiting for that proposal keep polling while it is `true`. Absent when the server cannot tell; clients then use their own fixed wait.

## Query parameters

- `contactId` integer, required

## Response `200`

`{ entries, proposalInProgress? }`: the thread, oldest first, and whether an import proposal is still being written
