# Job counts per background queue

`GET /api/v1/admin/queues`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Operator only: an ADMIN_SECRET bearer token or a session on the admin allow-list. Read `pending` rather than `waiting`: embedding jobs carry a priority, so they live in the prioritized set and `waiting` reads 0 with hundreds of jobs queued.
