`GET /v1/offers`

## Request

## Response `200`

Returns list of offers available in the school

- GetOfferDto
  - `id` string, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `hasCourseIds` string[]

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing arguments (check your api key)
- `401`: API key provided but invalid
