Download one folder as a zip.

Streamed rather than assembled: the archive is built inside the account's VM and its
chunks are handed straight to the browser, so a large folder does not have to fit in this
process's memory — and it costs one call to the VM instead of one per file, which is why
"folder download" could not be offered before.
