Unified Exposure catalog (ADR 0031) — the outbound half of the Input/Lens/Exposure
model. MCP `AIAccess` bindings, marketplace listings and knowledge releases are all
ways to open one internal entity to the outside; this returns them as one list so the UI
can present a single Exposure surface instead of separate Agents/Marketplace/Releases
entrypoints. Each entry carries its `mode` (mcp | listing | release) and `source`
backend.
