# Update Subscription Tier

`POST /credits/tier`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://studio-api.meganova.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://studio-api.meganova.ai/credits/tier`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Password
  - Token URL: `auth/token`

Update user's subscription tier.

This endpoint is for testing/admin purposes. In production,
this would be triggered by payment system webhooks.

Args:
    request: New tier and whether to reset credits

Returns:
    Updated tier and credit information

## Request body

- UpdateTierRequest: Request to update subscription tier.
  - `tier` string, required: New tier: free, starter, creator, pro, ultra
  - `reset_credits` boolean: Whether to reset credits to new tier allocation

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- UpdateTierResponse: Response after updating subscription tier.
  - `user_id` string, required
  - `old_tier` string, required
  - `new_tier` string, required
  - `credits_total` integer, required
  - `credits_used` integer, required
  - `credits_remaining` integer, required
