# Sync Models From Api

`POST /admin/models/sync`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://studio-api.meganova.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://studio-api.meganova.ai/admin/models/sync`
- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Password
  - Token URL: `auth/token`

Sync models from MegaNova API to database.

- If modality is provided, only syncs that modality
- If not provided, syncs all modalities (text_generation, text_to_image, text_to_video)
- Preserves existing is_active status for existing models
- New models are disabled by default; an admin must enable them

Requires EDIT_SETTINGS permission.

## Query parameters

- `modality` string, nullable: Sync specific modality or all if not provided

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AIModelSyncResponse
  - `synced_count` integer, required
  - `new_models` string[], required
  - `updated_models` string[], required

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
