- SkillProfileUpdate: Update a channel's skill profile.
  - `skill_template_ids` string[], nullable
  - `inherit_agent_skills` boolean, nullable
  - `tool_policy` ToolPolicy: Tool access policy — controls which tools an agent can use in a given context. Resolution order: agent default_tool_policy -> channel tool_policy -> session override.
    - `mode` 'all' | 'allowlist' | 'denylist' | 'inherit': How the tool policy restricts available tools.
    - `tools` string[]
  - `model_override` string, nullable
  - `max_turns` integer, nullable
  - `temperature` number, nullable
