# Create a team

`POST /api/v1/teams`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://meettempi.com`
- URL: `https://meettempi.com/api/v1/teams`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `tempi_session`

Creates a team with you as owner. Returns the team with its booking page `url`. `slug` defaults to one made from the name.

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string, required: the team’s name, as invitees see it on its booking pages (at most 80 characters, no web addresses)
  - `slug` string: 1-40 lowercase letters, digits or dashes, starting and ending with a letter or digit

## Response `201`
