`GET /api/v1/score`

## Request

Enriches then grades the business outside-in, with a prioritised action plan.

## Query parameters

- `q` string, required
- `location` string

## Response `200`

Score, per-category findings and action plan

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing or invalid q
- `401`: Missing or wrong x-api-key
- `429`: Monthly quota reached OR burst brake (60/min)
- `503`: Temporarily unavailable — retry
