# Every change on the CQC's register since a date

`GET /api/v1/cqc-check/changes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://meetkatalis.com`
- URL: `https://meetkatalis.com/api/v1/cqc-check/changes`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Providers and locations added, deregistered or re-registered (status), or whose overall rating changed (rating), newest first, from our daily sync of the CQC's own changes feed (kept since 2 October 2026). Filter to the rating or status the change went to, e.g. to=Inadequate. 1 credit a page of up to 1,000.

- `kind` 'provider' | 'location'

- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer

## Response `200`

since, total, offset, changes[] {seenOn, change, kind, cqcId, providerId, name, providerName, companyNumber, before, after, cqcPage}, note, attribution

## Other responses

- `400`: A bad date or filter
- `401`: Missing or wrong x-api-key
