# Update calendar connection

`PATCH /v4/calendar-connections/connections/{connectionId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://developer.meetergo.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Update settings for a specific calendar connection such as selected calendars, availability validation, and notification preferences.

## Path parameters

- `connectionId` string, required

## Query parameters

- `userId` string

## Request body

- UpdateCalendarConnectionDto
  - `primaryCalendar` string: Calendar ID to use for creating new events (e.g. "primary" for Google, or a specific calendar ID)
  - `selectedCalendars` string[]: Calendar IDs to check for availability conflicts. Pass the calendar IDs from the GET /calendars endpoint.
  - `validateAvailability` boolean: Whether to check this connection for availability conflicts when booking
  - `cancelIfDeclinedOrDeleted` boolean: Whether to auto-cancel the meetergo appointment if the attendee declines or deletes the calendar event
  - `disableAttendeeNotification` boolean: Whether to suppress attendee notifications on the calendar event
  - `syncBuffersToCalendar` boolean: Whether to sync buffer events to the connected calendar

## Response `200`

Connection updated successfully

## Other responses

- `400`: The request did not validate. `message` lists the constraints that failed.
- `401`: Missing, malformed, or expired credentials.
- `403`: Authenticated, but not allowed: the plan does not include this feature, or the token is scoped away from it.
- `404`: No such resource in your account. Resources belonging to another account are reported the same way.
- `429`: Rate limited. Back off and retry.
