The newest plan kept before sign-in for the signed-in email, not yet
claimed. The confirmation link can open in a browser that holds nothing
of the interview, and the workspace then had no draft id to claim with:
it sent the customer back to read their site and write the plan again
(mailmycard.com, 2026-09-26). Only an id, only for this email; the
claim still checks the email itself.
