Operator triage across every account in the caller's orgs.

Each account reports two totals, each labelled with its basis: a 30-day
window from daily_rollups (comparable to the Channels table above it) and
the provider's own all-time figure. It used to report one unlabelled
number summed from the latest run's campaign rows — which drops removed
campaigns and means "last 30 days" on Meta but "all time" on Google.
A window that was never read carries `window_unread` saying why.
