Mail one survey answer. Returns whether it was sent, and why not.

Never 500s on a mail failure: PostHog already has the response, so the
reply is not lost — only the notification is, and the caller is told
exactly that rather than shown a red toast for something that worked.

- FeedbackBody: What the card knows. Every field is display text, never markup — `question` comes down from PostHog's remote config, which permits raw HTML, and the composer below puts both into a plain-text body.
