# Snooze Alert

`POST /accounts/{account_id}/alerts/{alert_id}/snooze`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.meetadmiral.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.meetadmiral.com/accounts/{account_id}/alerts/{alert_id}/snooze`
- Auth: none declared

Stop emailing about this KIND of alert on this account.

Keyed on the type rather than this one row: a low balance escalating
from heads-up to urgent is a different alert, and re-interrupting
somebody who has already said "I know" is the behaviour this exists to
end.

`days=0` is the undo, and is why the route does not need a DELETE.

## Path parameters

- `alert_id` integer, required
- `account_id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- SnoozeBody: `days` is one of SNOOZE_DAYS, or 0 to start emailing again. Bounded by an allowlist rather than a range: the card offers three buttons, and a free integer would let a caller ask for ten years, which is the "snooze forever" the product will not promise.
  - `days` integer, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- unknown

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
