# Get an API access token based on classical account credentials

`POST /v1/auth`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.meet.ps/api`
- URL: `https://app.meet.ps/api/v1/auth`
- Auth: none required

This endpoint is used to exchange the login credentials - a JSON object containing the email and password properties -
for the JWT token to be used in the *Authorization* header for the API calls to protected endpoints.

## Request body

  - `email` string
  - `password` string

## Response `200`

Account information and access tokens

- object
  - `result` object
    - `token` string: A JWT token fit for use in API requests
    - `clientToken` string: A custom JWT token to be used with client-side flows
    - `uid` string: Account ID

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid access credentials were provided
