# Record Transcribe

"Record & Transcribe" — the browser records a mic clip
(MediaRecorder) and posts the whole clip here once; this isn't a
live streaming transcript. Reuses execution/transcribe.py's
Deepgram pipeline verbatim — the same one Room "video" context
uploads already run in production, so no new credentials to set up.
Fails with a clear 503 (never a fake/empty document) when
transcription isn't configured or didn't understand the audio.
