PRD §14: "Align suggests tasks, owners and dates. Users can edit
suggestions before creation." Nothing is created here — the frontend
shows these for review/edit, then each accepted one goes through the
existing `POST /api/me/tasks {sourceDecisionId}` individually, same
as the single-task "Create work" button already does.
