# Support Chat

`POST /api/support/chat`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.mednode.in` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Agentic customer-support chat.  The AI agent has read-only access to
the authenticated patient's account, appointments, insights, subscription,
and medication reminders via function-calling tools — no clinical records,
no other users' data.  Out-of-scope queries are redirected to human support.
