Resend the WhatsApp booking confirmation for an appointment.
Optionally supply ?phone=XXXXXXXXXX to send to a different number.
Useful when the account phone is different from the user's actual WhatsApp.

- `phone` string, nullable: Override WA phone (E.164 or 10-digit Indian)
