`POST /api/lang/transcribe`

## Request

Convert a voice note to text.
Accepts WAV/MP3/OGG/WEBM audio. Returns transcript + detected language.
Counts against the same monthly voice allowance as a saved voice note —
both paths bill us for the same transcription.
