# Resolve an active custom offer from its opaque capability

`POST /onboarding/v3/offer/resolve`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.medianfi.com/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

The bearer capability is carried in the JSON body so it cannot enter request paths, proxy access logs, metric labels, or fetch breadcrumbs. Malformed, unknown, expired, void, redeemed, and invalid-value tokens all return the same standard 404 contract.

## Request body

- OnboardingV3OfferResolveRequest: Opaque offer capability submitted in the body. Any unusable string receives the same 404 response as an unknown capability.
  - `token` string, required
  - `billingInterval` 'month' | 'year': Interval the customer chose; omitted = the offer's default. month is accepted for an annual offer only when allowMonthly is true (422 otherwise).

    - `annualPriceCents` integer: Annual offers only: the annual charge (monthly band x 10).

## Other responses

- `400`: Onboarding request body is not valid JSON
- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Insufficient permissions or not a company member
- `404`: Resource not found
- `409`: Request conflicts with the durable onboarding state
- `413`: Onboarding pricing request exceeds the 4096-byte route limit
- `415`: Onboarding request charset or content encoding is unsupported
- `422`: Validation error
