# Hold one unmatched transfer leg for accountant review

`POST /companies/{companyId}/transactions/{id}/transfer-hold`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Resolves the company Transfer Clearing account and bank identity on the server, then records a non-posting needs-review hold. The operation rejects reconciled transactions, active transfer matches, posted journal entries, and money outside the ledger currency capability.
