# List credit notes

`GET /companies/{companyId}/credit-notes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.medianfi.com/api/v1`
- URL: `https://api.medianfi.com/api/v1/companies/{companyId}/credit-notes`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Temporarily unavailable in production and QA until the complete Model A credit-note aggregate is durable and atomic with its journal effects. This operation never returns an authoritative empty collection from process memory.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Insufficient permissions or not a company member
- `503`: Durable Model A credit-note persistence is not available. The request creates no credit note, journal entry, reversal, or balance change.
