# Get the company's latest books integrity check status

`GET /companies/{companyId}/books-integrity`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.medianfi.com/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Read-only, any company member. Customer Reports shows a warning while `status` is `failing` (#2010, J-378).

## Response `200`

Latest integrity verdict, or not_checked when none exists

- BooksIntegrityStatusResponse
  - `success` true, required
  - `data` BooksIntegrityStatus, required: The company's latest automated books integrity verdict (#2010). Built from each scheduled check window's latest passed or failed run; errored, skipped and operator runs are not verdicts. `failing` while any window's latest verdict failed on at least one invariant other than the books invariants I22–I30, or on the books invariant I25 (business event failed to post) or I29 (books differ from the bank balance). The other books invariants never make it `failing` by themselves. `not_checked` means no verdict exists and is not a failure. No invariant codes, counts or amounts are exposed.
    - `companyId` string, uuid, required
    - `status` 'failing' | 'passing' | 'not_checked', required
    - `checkedAt` string, date-time, nullable, required: failing: when the most recent failing check finished. passing: when the most recent check finished. not_checked: null.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Insufficient permissions or not a company member
