# Resend the invoice email (already-sent invoices; same payment token)

`POST /companies/{companyId}/ar/{id}/resend-email`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

DARK — 404s unless ar_ap_items_enabled. Re-dispatches the invoice email for an already-sent invoice, reusing the same payment token and refreshing email_sent_at on success. Unlike send, a provider failure surfaces to the caller (this endpoint IS the retry path). Only open and partially_paid invoices may be re-emailed.

Email re-dispatched (item with lines and availableTransitions)

## Other responses

- `404`: Not found or AR/AP not enabled
- `409`: Stripe-source item is status-locked
- `422`: Never sent, no longer collectible (not open/partially_paid), no recipient email on file, or email delivery not configured.
