# Create a manual AP item

`POST /companies/{companyId}/ap`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.medianfi.com/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Creates real AP intake. The response is ledgerStatus=unposted until a posting flow links a currently posted journal entry; unposted intake is not a booked liability.
