# Read companies workflow traces

`GET /accountant/companies/{customerId}/workflow-traces`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

The newest `limit` workflow runs for a customer, newest first. `data` is a page by design; the summary counts belong in `meta`, which is counted over EVERY run for the customer (#2014). Do not derive totals from `data` — that is the defect this contract exists to prevent.

## Response `200`

One page of workflow runs, with counts over all of them in `meta`

  - `data` object[]
  - `meta` object
    - `limit` integer
    - `returned` integer: Runs in `data`. Never a total.
    - `total` integer, nullable: Distinct runs for the customer, all statuses. Null when the count could not be computed; render it as unavailable rather than falling back to `returned`.
    - `byStatus` object, nullable: Runs per terminal status (running, completed, partial, failed, action_required), counted from each run's latest audit row.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required
- `403`: Insufficient permissions or not a company member
- `404`: Resource not found
