`GET /accountant/companies/{customerId}/sub-ledgers/expenses`

Accountant-scoped mirror of `GET /companies/{companyId}/sub-ledgers/expenses`. Same payload for the same company; requires the accountant to be assigned to the customer (403 otherwise). All amounts in cents. Posted-only.
