`GET /accountant/companies/{customerId}/schedule-proposals/{id}/recovery`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.medianfi.com/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Requires a fresh live accountant assignment. Re-reads the exact definition, run, and journal artifact state under the proposal advisory lock and source-publication fence. Resolution revalidates period, reconciliation, entity, and currency authority. The returned revision must be echoed to resolve.
