# Send a server-drafted proposal clarification to the customer

`POST /accountant/companies/{customerId}/schedule-proposals/{id}/clarification/send`

Accountant-only action. Atomically creates at most one AI-owned, non-close-blocking thread with one accountant-authored initial message and a schedule_proposal attachment. Retries return the existing thread; Median never auto-sends this draft.
